PEACOCK SERVICE PLATE

For your consideration is a service plate in the Peacock (Milw-7) pattern used on the railroad. Made by Syracuse China, it is date coded 1952 and is in excellent condition with moderate utensil wear and measures approx. 10 1/2 inches across.  No chips, cracks or hairlines! This exclusive use pattern was used until 1969 and was never backstamped with the railroad name. Service plates in this pattern are almost never found!
