C&NW BUTTERPAT~ FLAMBEAU ~ Shenango 1954! HTF!

Here's a nice example of C&NW's Flambeau (C&NW-4a) pattern. This butterpat features 5 bands of mustard and red, rather a plain pattern but one not often found. This particular pattern was used on the 400 Streamliner and only the service plates were railroad marked with a striking train on the front and often backstamped.

Made by Shenango China, this piece is datecoded 1954. It is in pristine condition, with little signs of use.  It measures approx. 3 1/2 inches in diameter.

Collectors of railroad china should consider adding this vintage piece to their collection.  Butterpats in this pattern are rarely found.  Thanks for looking and please see both pictures.
