Department of NAVY Dinner Plate 1985 Homer Laughlin

Homer Laughlin manufactured this dinner plate for the Department of the Navy. The plate features the eagle shield in gold with accent bands of gold and blue.  The dinner plate measures almost 10 inches in diameter.  It dates from 1985 and is in pristine unused condition.
