ROCHESTER Board Of Education Bowl ~ Iroquois 1946

$14.00

Here's an unusual piece of restaurant ware. This small bowl features a shield reading the Board of Education of Rochester, NY with a waterfall. Iroquois China made this bowl in 1946, according to the date code. Bands of blue and deep gold/orange surround the rim and the shield is blue. The colors sort of flow here and there.

The bowl measures about 5 1/4 inches across and is in good condition, with no chips, cracks or hairlines. There is moderate to heavy utensil use in the well.

This bowl from the Board of Education would make a great gift for a teacher. What better thing to use for paperclips? Or for any collector of Rochester, New York memorabilia. Thanks for looking and please see all 3 pictures.
