This saucer is in the Amtrak National (AMTK-1A) pattern. The 5 1/2 inch saucer was made by Homer Laughlin and datecoded 1979. Although not the prettiest of railroad china patterns, it is one of the last patterns made for Amtrak. The saucer features the blue and gray band around the rim. It is in pristine unused condition with a few darker specks done during the manufacture and would be a great addition to any railroad china collection. National saucers are hard to find so don't miss getting this one to go with your cup.
