This cocktail fork is from S&W Cafeteria, a Charlotte, North Carolina chain. The cafeteria expanded throughout the south and specialized in southern style cooking.
The 6 inch fork features the well-known logo S&W on the front of the handle. Manufacturer was Oneida Silverplate. Very good condition and freshly polished.
