This 9 1/2 inch dinner plate was used at Tony Yonadi's Homestead Restaurant which was located in Spring Lake Heights, NJ. Vincent A. Yonadi owned and operated the restaurant, as well as Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune, before retiring in 1986.
The ivory plate features the name of the restaurant in red along with a shield with crossed golf clubs and a chafing dish. A green band surrounds the rim. Moderate utensil use but no chips, cracks or hairlines. Manufactured by Lamberton Sterling dating 1954-70s, according to the backstamp.
Nice piece of New Jersey memorabilia.
