This cup and saucer set is from W. Hansen Shipping of Bergen, Norway. Both cup and saucer feature the white house flag with red 5-pointed star. A black stripe encircles both pieces.
The saucer measures just over 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The cup stands approx. 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucer is backstamped Stavangerfunt, Norway. The cup has no manufacturer mark. Both pieces are in near MINT condition, with no chips, cracks or hairlines. They almost look unused. It's a gorgeous set of hard to find steamship china.
