For your consideration is a bouillon cup in the Rio pattern which was used by the Moore-McCormack Lines. Made by Sterling China, this pattern dates to the 1950s.
The cup stands 2 1/8 inches tall and features the distinctive bleeding heart with the airbrushed gray mountains and cross design behind it. The bouillon cup is in excellent, almost unused, condition, showing moderate wear with a tiny chip on the dry foot, probably done during the manufacturing process.
