This tumbler is from Harry Howell Restaurant, which was located in Jacksonville, FL.
The restaurant was named for the famous ballplayer who played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and New York Yankees and others during his career which spanned the late 1800s to early 1900s. Further information can be found here:

The tumbler features the well-known logo of a marlin and palm tree as well as Harry Howell on the side in blue pyro. Standing 4 inches tall, it holds approx. 8 ounces. Excellent condition!
