This is a great flip top sugar bowl. This takes me back to the old diner days when one of these was on the counter for easy access. No sugar packets back then!
The clear glass base has the popular paneled sides. No maker's mark. The chrome lid is marked Utilities Specialities Co., Inc., Jersey City. N.J. Also a patent date of 7-20-20 by the knob rivet. It stands 3 inches tall to the lid and 4 3/4 inches in diameter.
The base is in excellent condition, showing little wear. The lid has a small dent where the knob hit it and the knob is missing a bit of chrome but all told, it's in great condition, ready to use in your vintage kitchen.
