$25.00

This cup is from Pacific Far East Line. This shipping company was based in San Francisco from 1946-1978 and was created by Thomas Cuffe after WWII to take advantage of surplus wartime ships. All ships had names ending in Bear and this pattern is called Phillipine Bear.

The cup bears the house flag of the line. Blue ground with golden bear and PFEL in script. Wellsville China manufactured this coffee cup circa 1959-1969, according to the palette backstamp.

No chips, cracks or hairlines. Moderate use showing with some age spotting.   The cup stands approx. 2 1/4 inches tall.

This pattern is getting harder to find so don't miss out!
