CHANTILLY Demitasse Set ~ Syracuse China

Here is a dainty demitasse set in the popular handpainted Chantilly pattern. This set features the pattern surrounding the rim on the saucer and the body on the cup. Made by Syracuse China, the cup is datecoded 1962 with the Peter Piening backstamp and the saucer is 1959.

The saucer measures 4 3/4 inches across and the cup stands 2 1/2 inches tall. The colors are a deeper maroon and cobalt blue than my pictures show. The after dinner set is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or hairlines. This would make a delightful addition to your restaurant china collection. Use it and enjoy it everyday.
