This fork was used by
B&W Cafeteria, which was located in Nashville, TN, as marked on the handle. The cafeteria was located on Sixth Avenue North and opened circa 1930. It closed in 1976. The 7 1/4 inch fork is in good condition showing minor wear. Silverplate, marked
