YMCA Handled Pitcher ~ Early Greenwood

$20.00

This YMCA pitcher is quite early, dating to the 1920s.  A. Weiscopf of Boston was the distributor for Greenwood Pottery during that time.

The handled pitcher is a large one, weighing just over 2 pounds.  It stands approx. 7 inches tall at the handle and holds almost a full quart.

Marked on the spout side is the triangular/circular YMCA Body, Mind, Spirit shield in dark brown.  The white pitcher has a nice embossed design, even on the handle.  There is a chip on the side of the spout but that's the only damage to be seen.

Thanks for looking!
