DGC Coffee Cup Sterling China 1973 ~ Who Used It?

This coffee cup has a handsome pattern and logo. A diamond-shaped shield in orange and blue features the initials DGC. Surrounding the body of the cup is a laurel leaf border, also in orange and blue, on a white body.

I haven't been able to track down the user of this cup so it could be D... G... Club or something else.  If you know who used it, feel free to contact me.

Sterling China manufactured this cup in 1973. It stands 2 1/2 inches tall. Excellent unused condition with just a tiny chip on the dry foot.

Great cup to use for that first cuppa joe in the AM.
