RITZ-CARLTON Bouillon Cup ~ Mayer 1965

Here is a double-handled bouillon cup used by the Ritz-Carlton chain. Locations include Boston, NYC (where vichyssoise was invented) as well as many around the world.

Mayer China manufactured this piece in 1965, according to the backstamp. The cup is rimmed in mustard with a checked pattern in green and tan and matching medallion on both sides.

The cup stands 2 1/4 inches tall and is in excellent unused condition.
