These sugar tongs are marked HOTEL STAFFORD and are most likely from the Baltimore, Maryland hotel.
The hotel was in existence from around 1894-1972 at Charles and Madison Streets.
The silverplate tongs are in the pretty shell pattern and were manufactured by Reed & Barton in 1912. The hotel name is marked on the inside of the tongs.
