Howard Johnson's Dinner Plate 1950 Scenic Pattern

Here is an early dinner plate of vintage Howard Johnson china. This plate, dated 1950 and made by Mayer China, measures 9 inches across and features the maroon scenic pattern on an ivory body. This restaurant started as a drug store in Massachusetts in 1925 and later offered food to motorists along the Turnpikes.

The plate is in excellent condition, showing little use. Great backstamp too!
