MYSTERY Initials Creamer ~ Syracuse

Here's a cream pitcher with some mystery initials. HFC? FHCC? FFCC? They're intertwined on the side in green with matching green stripes around the body and one down the handle.

Syracuse China manufactured this creamer with an embossed 54 on the bottom as the only indication of its maker. The handled pitcher stands 3 inches tall and is perfect in every way.
